The toe box is more narrow in the Gel Resolution 7 and after wearing these a half-hour on the court, I had to rip them off because they hurt the balls of my feet so badly.

I received a pair of the 7s for Christmas and will have to return them. The width is very snug, but the problem is the length -- I will have to a full size bigger for the correct fit.
